Well, talk about that patient-family thingy. I also faced a family member of one patient which was a very scary and terrible person. She thoguht ttsh is a very dirty hospital and she used thoes alcohol wipes to clean the bedrails and cardiac table. AND she showed those wipes to our nuring officer! This was alright. The next day, cleaning officer came and check out if there's something went wrong. So, poor cleaners had to wipe the big window.. the surrounding of this patient must be sterile like that lor! So, at the afternnon she came in.. again.. she used wipes and again wipe the surrounding of her mother. and I saw this happened. She talked to the nursing officer with very hao lian voice. She : You're the nursing officer of this ward right? He: Yes. She: But I want to talk to your nursing manager(SISTER AKA BIG PERSON). He: =.=! Is there anything I can do for you... She: I'm just so tired of this. Could you please ask your Nurse Manager to come now? He: ER..... She: I did not ask from you ok! He gone to find sister!
Like duh! So scary! Nursing officer also need to see her face meh!
Slap her lar! hahahhahahah! Then she brought all the wipes again out with sister into a room to discuss. Doctors also came to sit down talk to her.
